Art has always been part of Miriam’s life. Years spent studying composition, colour and form shaped a conviction that art begins with observation and passion.

The defining moment came in 2024 at Maison Lameloise. Faced with a succession of exquisitely composed dishes, Miriam recognised that the world’s finest chefs work as artists—yet their creations exist for only minutes before becoming memory. ROSC ART was born to bridge that gap.

Her process begins at the table. Miriam photographs each course in its original light, setting and atmosphere, then digitally deconstructs and reimagines the image beyond literal representation. The finished work preserves not simply what the dish looked like, but what the encounter felt like: surprise, pleasure, emotion and memory.
